Chris Polk

12/9/13: With deep sorrow I have learned of the sudden passing of my friend and fellow musician Chris Polk, whom I worked with for over 12 years.  I started working with Chris in the early days of his solo project - The Chris Polk Band - and saw many outstanding musicians share the stage with us in those years.  I was very fortunate to have the musical learning experience but most importantly, to acquire the cherished friendship of this great guy and outstanding talent.  He will be missed for a long, long time.

Wildman CD almost complete

11/23/13: The final touches are now being put to the 11 song Wildman CD that has been in the works for sometime now.  Jay Feldman and Geoff Holdridge have been doing a wonderful job of mixing.  Just one or two more mixing sessions, and the album is ready for mastering. This collection of songs really captures what Wildman is all about, with wonderful performances and great, smokin’ fun songs.  Look for the announcement about the availability of the CD right after the first of 2014.

Full Mesh back @ Carpool Herndon

Full Mesh is excited to be back at Carpool in Herndon once again on Saturday, December 21.  This is one of the best places to catch one of the most outstanding club bands in the Northern Virginia area.  With a significant upgrade to the sound equipment, the band now sounds better than ever.  Some great new songs are added to the list and the band continues to remain fresh, new and exciting.  Come see what everyone has been talking about.  “Full Mesh - your favorite playlist, live”

The Deacons Rockin' Fourth

The new Deacons Band, John Sterling, Charles Mitchell - drums, John O'Conner - bass, Jim Wilson - keys, Geoff Holdridge - electric viola, rocked Newington Forest in NoVa for a great party bbq and an awesome fireworks display.  The first official gig for The Deacons after the re-org, and what a great sounding show.  This gig officially launches the band, the new The Deacons

Crawfish! Yea you're right!

4/27/13: Silver Lining cooks at crawfish steam party in Great Falls. Over 100 people at this wonderful affair with over 120 pounds of live crawfish brought in from Louisiana.  There were golf carts parked all around the front of the house, open bar, food, perfect weather and the tightest show Silver Lining has played yet.  Everything you hope for in an outside private gig.  We were made to promise we would do this annual party every year.  That's a promise that will be no problem to keep!

Full Mesh Rocks Mahalo Cove!

4/26/13: Another fine Full Mesh production!  John Sterling, Robb Foster, Brad Ryan, Eamon Loftus and Bill Seeger combined forces once again to rock a new room - Mahalo Cove in Sterling, Va.  The band was cookin', the p.a. was rolling and the crowd was rockin'!  Thanks to Kim Johnson for some wonderful photography of the night.  According to the wait staff in the room, Full Mesh will be returning to Mahalo Cove real soon!
